Program Highlights
The
Alumni Mentorship Series featured an insightful session on 19th March, 2025, by
our esteemed alumna, Mrs. Archana Inamdar, on the topic "Beyond the
Classroom: My Professional Journey". With over 12 years of experience,
Mrs. Archana Inamdar currently leads Compensation and Benefits at Cross Country
Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
During
the session, she shared valuable insights into her professional growth,
emphasizing how real-world experiences shape careers beyond academic learning.
She highlighted that while classroom education builds a strong foundation,
practical exposure, adaptability, and continuous learning are essential for
long-term success in the corporate world.
Beyond
her career journey, Mrs. Archana Inamdar addressed several critical aspects of professional
life. She discussed the importance of attitude in teams, emphasizing how a collaborative
and positive mindset fosters productivity and success. She also touched upon professional
insecurity, advising students to focus on self-improvement and confidence
rather than comparisons. Additionally, she highlighted the role of appreciation
in the workplace, stressing that recognizing and valuing others’ contributions
leads to a healthier work environment.
For
MBA students, Mrs. Archana Inamdar particularly underscored the need for
