Implementation of School Connect 2.0

On 11th January, 2025 Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) successfully hosted the implementation of School Connect 2.0, an initiative of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The event welcomed 11th and 12th standard students from our sister institution, AKI Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce to the PIMSE campus. During their visit, the students explored key facilities, including the smart classroom, computer lab and library. These advanced infrastructures offered the students a glimpse into modern pedagogical tools and resources, enhancing their academic aspirations.

Dr. Sheena Abraham and Dr. Anjum Sayyad delivered insightful sessions on the National Education Policy (NEP) introduced by the Government of Maharashtra. They discussed the transformative impact of the NEP on students' careers and emphasized how its interdisciplinary and flexible structure could empower students to make informed choices for their future.

The event was conducted under the able leadership of Dr. Porinita Banerjee, Director (Incharge) of PIMSE, whose guidance ensured the program's success. School Connect 2.0 at PIMSE proved to be a meaningful step toward nurturing young minds for a brighter future.
