Program Highlights
During Orientation Week , AKI’s Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) welcomed Ms. Kalyani Sardesai, Journalist, Author and Corporate Trainer, for an inspiring session on “ATTITUDE TO ALTITUDE” with First year MBA, MBA IT and MBA HRD students on 16th September 2026.
The session commenced with the felicitation of Ms. Kalyani Sardesai by Director (Incharge), Dr. Prof. Porinita Banerjee, followed by an engaging interaction centred on the importance of attitude in shaping personal and professional growth.
Through real-life stories and enriching experiences, Ms. Sardesai encouraged students to approach challenges with courage, respond to opportunities with confidence and remain committed to their goals. She emphasised the importance of commitment, hard work, perseverance and continuous self-improvement in the journey towards meaningful achievement.
The session encouraged students to believe in themselves, embrace challenges and develop a growth-oriented mindset. The message of “Attitude to Altitude” served as a reminder that the right attitude can help individuals transform challenges into opportunities and aspirations into meaningful achievements.
