AKI’s Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Satish Kshatriya, Managing Director, Accenture, for an insightful session on “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work” for the newly inducted First-Year MBA, MBA-IT and MBA-HRD students during Orientation Week on 16th September 2026.
Mr. Satish Kshatriya was felicitated by Director (Incharge), Dr. Prof. Porinita Banerjee, marking the beginning of the insightful interaction.
Mr. Kshatriya shared valuable perspectives on the evolving IT industry, workforce transformation, hiring trends and the growing role of AI in the workplace.
He encouraged students to explore opportunities with Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and gain practical industry exposure through internships, live projects and industry-led initiatives.
He also emphasised the importance of continuous reskilling and upskilling in AI and emerging technologies, encouraging students to build capabilities beyond routine tasks and prepare themselves for an AI-driven workplace.
The session encouraged students to build relevant skills, gain industry exposure, embrace emerging technologies and take confident steps towards becoming future-ready professionals.
