Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship organized an engaging workshop titled "BULLRISERS" in collaboration with Fintopedia on 17th January, 2025. The workshop designed as an intra-college competition aimed at fostering the concept of "Smart Money Moves" among students. The event's goal was to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions in an ever-evolving economic landscape.
The workshop commenced with an insightful session led by Mr. Nachiket Save, the Marketing Manager at Fintopedia. Mr. Save, a seasoned expert in financial strategies shared valuable insights on how to make "Smart Money Moves." His presentation was designed to enhance the students' understanding of investment practices, risk management and financial planning in the modern world. The session sparked a lot of interest and thought-provoking discussions, encouraging students to consider smarter approaches to their personal finance management.
Following the informative session, the participants were given an interactive experience of the stock market through an engaging online game. This hands-on activity allowed the students to apply their newly gained knowledge in a simulated environment, making financial decisions in real-time. The competition concluded with a recognition ceremony where the top three students with the highest scores were awarded certificates for their excellent performance. The event was a great success fostering both educational growth and practical experience in the world of finance for all involved.
