AKI’s Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) organized a Diwali Subhecha Programme at Laskar Police Station on Saturday, 11th October 2025, to extend heartfelt gratitude and festive greetings to our police force for their unwavering commitment to public safety.
The event began with a warm welcome address by our Director, Dr. Porinita Banerjee, who lauded the relentless service of the police personnel in maintaining law and order. Dr. Banerjee also felicitated ACP Sangita Shinde Alphonso, Senior Police Inspector Girish Dighavkhar, PSIs Jyoti Kute, Swati Bharad, Kajol Yadav, Shivanand Jadhav, and Avdhut Deshmukh, along with other officers, in recognition of their commendable contributions to society.
The programme concluded on a note of joy and mutual respect, reinforcing the bond between PIMSE and the Police Department. This marks the third consecutive year of this meaningful initiative, celebrating the spirit of Diwali through gratitude and community connection.
