Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship organized an engaging and informative event "Managerial Mastery: A Game-Based Learning Experience." on 10th January at Vidyabhavan College of CommerceThe event was designed to provide students with an interactive platform to develop key managerial skills. A series of team-building games were conducted, which aimed to foster critical thinking, strategic decision-making, and leadership abilities. These games simulated real-world business challenges, allowing participants to apply theoretical concepts in a practical and engaging manner. By working collaboratively, students had the opportunity to enhance their problem-solving skills and learn the importance of effective communication and coordination within teams.In addition to the game-based learning activities, the event also included a comprehensive awareness session on the MAH CET entrance exam, which is essential for admission to MBA, MBA-IT, and MBA-HRD programs. The session provided students with valuable insights into the exam structure, eligibility criteria, and the overall admission process. Faculties discussed strategies for preparing effectively for the exam and shared tips on how to excel in various sections, including verbal ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude.Overall, the event was a well-rounded experience that combined practical learning through game-based activities with crucial information about higher education opportunities in management.
