Savitribai Phule's Birth Anniversary Celebration

On the 3rd of January 2025, our institution came together to celebrate the birth anniversary of the legendary social reformer and educator, Savitribai Phule. The occasion was marked by a heartfelt floral tribute to honor her lasting contributions to education, women’s empowerment, and social reform.

The event was graced by our esteemed Director, Dr. Porinita Banerjee, who led the floral tribute in remembrance of Savitribai Phule’s enduring legacy. Dr. Banerjee’s leadership and dedication to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment in education was reflected in her words and actions during the tribute.

The celebration also highlighted the immense pride we feel as an institution affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. This affiliation connects us to the very principles Savitribai Phule dedicated her life to—education for all, empowerment, and breaking down societal barriers. The affiliation serves as a constant source of inspiration for us to continue striving towards excellence in education, while upholding the ideals she championed.

The co-ordinators of today’s event, Dr. Payal Samdariya and Dr. Anjum Sayyad, were instrumental in organizing the ceremony, ensuring that the tribute was meaningful and well-executed.
