We were honored to host Ms. Rachana Dubey, Global People Operations Director at Orbia, Pune, during our Orientation & Induction Program 2025.
Her engaging session on “Shaping Tomorrow: Preparing for AI-Driven Workplaces” provided our MBA students with valuable insights into the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace.
She highlighted how AI is reshaping job roles and organizational structures, and emphasized the importance of digital literacy, adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving as critical skills for the future workforce. By addressing the ethical, social, and legal aspects of AI adoption, she encouraged students to view AI as a powerful opportunity to innovate and grow.
