Program Highlights
The workshop on “Interactive Multimedia for Customer Experience and Engagement” was conducted for MBA-IT students by Mr. Rahul Bosekar, providing valuable insights into the role of multimedia in modern business strategies. The workshop, attended by 15 students, consisted of both theoretical and practical sessions. The theoretical portion covered the fundamental concepts of interactive multimedia, customer experience (CX), and how multimedia tools are used in creating engaging customer experiences across various platforms. Mr. Bosekar also discussed emerging trends, which are increasingly shaping customer engagement strategies.
In the practical session, students gained hands-on experience by creating interactive presentations, designing customer engagement tools, and simulating real-time customer service scenarios using multimedia software. The session allowed students to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world applications, making the learning process more interactive and engaging. The workshop not only enhanced students' understanding of multimedia’s role in business but also equipped them with practical skills they can use in their future careers. Overall, it was an informative and engaging session that successfully bridged theory with practice. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Zarina Shaikh under the able leadership of Dr. Porinita Banerjee., Director (Incharge).
