Skills Required: Candidate should have Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with multitasking, presentable, organizational ability and good convincing power. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi) Expert in MS Office (Word, excel, power point and google sheets.) Expert in team making and target oriented. Internet savvy, good in Social Media organizer.

Role & Responsibilities:

a. Cold Calling and lead generation:

Candidate should be an expert in generating leads from various sources to help in growing business.

Cold Calling and closing from the existing data and new database.

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

b. Marketing & Selling Activities:

Responsible for setting up strategies for business growth.

Responsible for sale & marketing activities.

c. Target oriented:

Candidate should be target oriented.

Target would be on a monthly or quarterly basis.

d. Revenue Generation

Sales Ex./ BDM will be responsible for generating revenue or income for growth of business.

e. Reporting and Coordination with Team members:

To coordinate with CRM for daily appointments.

To coordinate with other departments and give them clarity for closing deals and their payments.

f. Client Meetings & Site Visit:

Setting up meetings with new clients.

Arranging and visit site to the client

g. Market Research/Market Analysis

Adequate knowledge of current market.

Determine the most suitable market for working industry.

h. PR Activities & Vendor Management:

Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

Search vendors and make selections based on creativity, quality, and cost.
