Program Highlights

The 10th International Yoga was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) on June 21, 2024.
The event aimed to promote the mental and physical well-being of the staff through the practice of yoga. Participants performed a series of yoga asanas and breathing exercises, enthusiastically engaging in various postures and deep breathing techniques. The session focused on enhancing flexibility, building strength, improving concentration and promoting relaxation. The one-hour session left participants feeling tranquil and rejuvenated. To conclude the event on a positive note, refreshments were served to all attendees.
