Advancing Management Education: Pedagogical Innovations and Research Publication Excellence

Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship successfully organized a Faculty Development Programme on “Advancing Management Education: Pedagogical Innovations and Research Publication Excellence” on 17th May 2025.

The keynote speaker, Dr. Shailesh Kasande, CEO and Group Director of Suryadatta Group of Institutes, Pune conducted two insightful sessions. The first session focused on modern pedagogical strategies, emphasizing outcome-based education, learner-centric approaches and the integration of digital tools in teaching. The second session delved into the essentials of research publication, offering valuable guidance on research ethics, academic writing and effective publishing in reputed journals.

The event was held under the visionary leadership of our Director, Dr. Porinita Banerjee and was efficiently coordinated by Dr. Sheena Abraham. The programme concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony followed by vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Vasimraja Sayed.
