On September 26, 2019, AKI Trust conducted a Management Development Program (MDP) titled “Udaan” for the faculty of Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE). The program was expertly facilitated by Ms. Shobha Venkatesh, a distinguished professional renowned for her expertise in management and leadership development.

The primary objective of the Udaan program was to empower faculty members with essential skills and insights to navigate the evolving landscape of academic leadership and management. Under the expert guidance of Ms. Venkatesh, the program delivered a comprehensive and impactful learning experience.
