Personality Development Session for MBA Students: A Resounding Success

The Training and Placement Cell of Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) organized a highly engaging session on Personality Development for its MBA students on Saturday, 1st February, 2025. The session was expertly conducted by Mr. Adnan Siddiqui, Founder and Mr. Bhushan Kutwal, Co-founder of Habbinson International.

During the session, Mr. Siddiqui spoke on the four components of influencing, namely, positional power, emotions, expertise and dance of human interaction. He also shared valuable insights on crafting a compelling self-introduction in job interviews. Furthermore, the session explored the nuances of entrepreneurship, highlighting the significance of taking ownership of one's career.

The students were thoroughly enthralled and appreciated the session, acknowledging the critical role of personality development in achieving their future goals.

PIMSE is poised to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Habbinson International, paving the way for exciting opportunities and benefits for its students.
