Program Highlights
As part of their Industrial Visit to the Symbiosis Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (SCEI) on 5th October 2025, our MBA students at PIMSE had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Ajay Alandar, Founder – My Job Factory. The visit was organized under the guidance of our Director (In-charge), Dr. Porinita Banerjee.
The students participated in an engaging and interactive session where Mr. Alandar shared insights from his journey of building a successful startup. He highlighted the differences between a startup and a traditional business and demonstrated innovative approaches in recruitment and talent engagement through his website and podcasts, setting his venture apart in the industry.
The session provided students with practical insights, inspiration, and key takeaways on entrepreneurial thinking, motivating them to apply these lessons in their own career journeys and future ventures.
