AKI’s Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE), in association with Grey HR Academy, successfully conducted a Virtual Certification Training Program on HR Operations and Payroll from 18th May to 25th May 2026 for first and second year students of MBA, MBA-HRD, and MBA-IT.
The program was designed to provide students with practical insights into modern HR processes and payroll management. Participants gained exposure to key areas including employee onboarding, recruitment processes, leave and attendance management, payroll administration, and digital HR practices.
A major highlight of the training was the hands-on learning experience using the greytHR platform, enabling students to understand real-world HR operations and payroll processing.
The certification program enhanced students’ industry readiness, practical HR knowledge, and employability skills, reinforcing PIMSE’s commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry.
