Theme for Day 4: Dand Paramparagat Baithak Vyayaam (Yoga for lower body)

The students kick started their fourth day performing Dand Paramparagat Baithak Vyayaam (Yoga for lower body) along with the faculties and senior citizens. Lack of exercise, age, hormones, genetics, and poor food habits contribute to create problems related to the lower body. The Dand Paramparagat Baithak Vyayaam helps to tone the lower body thereby bringing the lower back body in shape and also improving the overall body strength.
