We are delighted to share that a delegation from the Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship (PIMSE) recently visited the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) to explore a collaborative partnership focused on student and faculty exchange, academic enrichment, and strategic mentorship.

Representing PIMSE were Dr. Porinita Banerjee, Director (In-Charge), and Dr. Sheena Abraham, Head of the Department of Business Analytics.

A key highlight of the visit was an engaging discussion with Dr. Peter Jose, Head of Strategy at IIM Bangalore. Dr. Jose provided valuable strategic insights on elevating PIMSE’s academic offerings and institutional profile. His recommendations included integrating experiential learning, global benchmarking, industry-aligned capstone projects, and international certifications. As part of this growing relationship, PIMSE will also be seeking mentorship from IIM Bangalore to further enhance its academic vision and execution.
