Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship in association with  Pune Management Association organized a one-day session "Unlocking Your Potential: Choosing Your MBA Specialization" on 15th April, 2023 under the guidance of Dr. Porinita Banerjee and coordinated by Dr. Anjum Sayyad. The session aimed to provide an overview of various MBA specializations available and help students make informed decisions about their career paths. Mr. Shanitilal Hajeri, the guest speaker, provided an overview of different specializations, their curriculum, required skills, and job prospects. The session focused on helping students identify their strengths and interests and guided them to choose a specialization that aligns with their goals and career aspirations. The session concluded with a brief understanding of the knowledge, skills, and values required for each specialization. Overall, the session provided valuable insights and guidance to the students.
