A visit to Barclays of PIMSE MBA-GEN, MBA-HRD, MBA-IT Students.
Report on visit to Barclays: Preparing a resume and Dealing with the Interview

PIMSE’s Placement Cell had organised visit to Barclays on 15th of January 2019 for 1st and 2nd year students of MBA , MBA-IT, MBA-HRD .
The session started at 11 a.m. sharp. A short description of Barclays history and its working was given at first. Further Mr Vishal a current employee of Barclays carried forward the session by letting the students know how important is communication to exist in a corporate world also he gave tips as to how one can improve their communication skills. Later the session was handed over to Mrs Shrutika who explained how a resume should be , and how to tackle interviews and impress the interviewer. The students also came up with questions throughout the session and the speakers peacefully cleared all the doubts of the students. This session had an array upon how the interviews should be faced and by what means a candidate may be selected. Also this session stated about how to create an attractive resume and how important are certifications and competitive exams.
The session ended with a Vote of Thanks, proposed by Ms. Guasia Adoni, Ist Year Student , MBA-HRD.
The Visit was organised and well coordinated by Mrs Misba Kadri MBA- HRD Course Coordinator and Placement Coordinator & Mr. Lionel John D’Mello, HOD Marketing Department & Placement Coordinator.
This Visit was successfully executed by them under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Shakeel Ahmed (Director) PIMSE.
